We are closely monitoring the COVID situation and the potential impact of the Omicron variant on our June conference. Although the next several weeks appear to be treacherous, expectations are still good for late spring and summer. We will be following Oregon State University (OSU) guidelines, which require masks, social distancing, and proof of full vaccination. OSU continues to allow in person meetings and is unlikely to revoke that allowance, so long as guidelines are followed.
The deadline for submission proposals has been extended to January 15th . We encourage you to submit a proposal and to encourage your friends, colleagues, and allies to do so as well! Please remember that we offer the choice of participating in the in-person conference in Corvallis OR a parallel remote track. If you are concerned about traveling or mingling with others, take advantage of this option. If you have questions about that, email us at wcsa2022conference@gmail.com.
